Abstract
Long after the world woke up to the pervasive problem of sexual harassment, it is clear that managers of any business organization will face challenges related to sex and gender in the workplace. What role does a business school play in preparing students for a world in which they are expected not only to comply with the law, but to be empathetic leaders who understand the most up-to-date information about issues ranging from supporting a transgender employee, to claims of pay disparities, to handling romantic relationships among employees? This article describes a course offered to MBA students that assumes such issues must be a part of a business school education today.
